e-Invoicing Platform

From the e-Invoicing Platform a company can easily submits its invoices electronically. Since the submission of electronic invoices will be the predominant method of invoicing by 2020 in Europe, the provided eBizForAll Solution will help the companies to achieve these goals by following a common standard that will result in a significant cost reduction and cut the redundant investments and obstacles to a cross-border environment.

Architecture used

eBizForAll Solution is implemented using a “Decentralized approach”, meaning companies (either from public or private sector) will submit their invoices to multiple different access points. All access points will communicate with each other unconditionally and free, thus enabling any company or individual, regardless of the access point used to be able to connect to the access point that the Government is connected and submit an e-Invoice. The public entities can deploy their own access point or use an existing one.

Since PEPPOL architecture is used by eBizForAll Solution, is significant to state that PEPPOL network promotes a decentralized model as well. The decentralized approach promotes competency and helps to the growth of the uptake of the service.

e-Invoicing Platform Set-up

The set-up of the e-Invoicing Platform is integrated quickly and efficiently in a short time period. The set-up takes approximately in 3 weeks period. The return on investment that e-Invoicing Platform promises have direct result.

The e-Invoicing Platform can be integrated into the company’s ERP system and through the ERP system the company can electronically send and receive e-invoices. 

Currently eBizForAll solution has developed interface with the SAP ERP system, but can look into the options of developing further interfaces with other ERP systems.

XML Validator Set-up

eBizForAll provided the add-on solution of validating the XML document before processing the electronic invoice and sending it to the destination company. In other words, pre-validates the invoice context. Actually, is a specific environment that will facilitate the companies (public or private) to test the electronic invoicing application either during at design time or at the actual live period:
